"I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in both New York State and the state of New Jersey. I provide strengths-based and supportive therapy to individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief/loss or bereavement, chemical dependency, and relational issues. My work is distinguished by my natural ability to genuinely engage in a deeply empathetic and genuinely therapeutic relationship with clients across a wide spectrum of challenges. I have training in motivational interviewing; cognitive behavioral therapy; mindfulness; guided mental imagery; structural family therapy and meditation. I am certified in domestic violence and have received extensive training in Salvador Minuchin’s structural family therapy modalities. I also have post-graduate training in palliative care and high-risk populations."

"I have been in the fitness/ wellness industry for 20+ years. I started personal training and teaching group fitness classes at New York Sports Club in 2001. In addition, I do small group personal training and individual personal training. After moving from central New Jersey to Edgewater, New Jersey I began teaching Pilates Mat classes at Atmananda Wellness as well as maintaining a strong personal training business. I strongly believe that most of our physical and mental ailments are do to a lack daily movement and exercise. We have an amazing potential to be a lot more than what we are, and I aid in helping individuals achieve their goals."
