Hi, I’m Matt!
As a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Reiki Master, and health professional with a foundation in physical therapy, mindfulness, and somatic healing, I own and solely operate Connect H&W.
This work has always been deeply personal for me. Long before I became a practitioner, I was the one searching for answers, navigating chronic stress, persistent tension, and health challenges that never felt fully addressed by conventional approaches. What shifted everything wasn’t another technique, but learning how to slow down, listen to my body, and support what it was already working toward: healing.
That’s what I help others do now. Through a grounded, integrative approach, I combine therapeutic bodywork, somatic awareness, movement education, and intuitive energy work to help people reconnect with themselves and restore balance in their health.
I like to say, “I’m just a guide, you’re doing the healing.”

I approach health as a conversation, not a problem to be solved. The body is constantly adapting, responding to stress, movement, environment, and lived experience. When symptoms appear, they’re rarely random, but are signals that something in your system is asking for support. Rather than isolating pain or chasing diagnoses, my work focuses on understanding how the body is organizing as a whole, and what it needs to return to balance.
Integrative care means meeting the body at the physical, neurological, energetic, and emotional levels, and responding with intention. Depending on the person, that may involve bodywork to restore tissue mobility, somatic practices to regulate the nervous system, subtle energy work to support coherence, or movement education to rebuild strength and trust. The goal isn’t to force change, but to create the conditions where change can happen naturally. In this way, healing becomes less about doing more, and more about listening well enough to respond with clarity.
